The mosque is a place for everyone to visit, regardless of religion, race or gender. All are welcome!
● A mosque is a very special and sacred place. It’s a place where we connect with God Almighty. Always observe good behaviour and be respectful of the mosque and all that within it.
● We do not permit drugs, tobacco or alcohol on our premises.
● Please do not bring any food whilst visiting the Mosque. If any food, drink, or medication is required as a necessity, please inform us prior to your Visit.
● Please note that we expect modest clothing to be always worn around the mosque. It is preferred for women to wear a head covering, this can be as simple as a beanie hat or similar. Please note that we operate a strict dress code. Specifically, tops must cover the shoulders, chest, navel, and upper arms. Legwear must be at least below knee-length. Shorts and short skirts should be avoided (other than as part of school uniform for boys and girls). Wear something that is loose enough for you to comfortably sit on the floor (cross-legged if possible).
● Upon entering the Mosque, all footwears must be removed and placed into the shoe racks to the left and right. Socks can be kept on (please ensure the socks are clean)
● We currently do NOT have Risk Assessment in place for school visits. To conduct your own assessment prior to the visit, please contact Tahir Mahmood (Mosque Manager) on 07453359320 or Asim Khan (Mosque Imam) on 07741491245 to arrange this.
● If you need to contact the Mosque on the day of your visit, feel free to contact either of the two people above.
